FAQ’s about starting a career at itmX

As soon as we have advertised the position, usually in August, one year before the start of your studies, you can apply. There is no deadline. Once we have successfully filled the position, you will no longer find it on our job board.

Your application should consist of a letter of motivation/cover letter, your CV and at least your last two certificates. You should highlight relevant experiences that you have already gained with IT, e.g. your own programmed apps, self-designed websites, etc.

Send your complete application documents (letter of motivation, CV and certificates) in PDF format to personal@itmx.de.

If you are an interesting candidate, we will invite you to a personal interview. Here you have the opportunity to clarify all open questions and of course we will also ask you questions. If necessary, a second interview with a few tasks will take place. Here we would like to find out how well-versed you are in using Microsoft Office.

The dual study program usually begins in October with a theoretical phase at the DHBW. We start in September so that you can get to know our team before the theory phase begins.

Our Cooperations

Together with the DHBW Karlsruhe, itmX trains students in the field of business informatics with a focus on sales and consulting. The course lasts three years and alternates between theory and practical phases.
