Aaron Mössner
Aaron has a degree in business informatics and joined itmX, which was then still called ITML, in 2015 in the support area, where he still provides our customers with advice and support every day. As soon as a project is successfully completed and falls within the scope of after-go-live support, Aaron not only handles new requests from the customer, but also takes over the handling of corrective measures in the course of product maintenance through to the implementation of new requirements that have also resulted in changed business processes. He is also jointly responsible for the administration and expansion of the Jira ticket system and the Jira service desk of itmX.
