The newly founded itmX GmbH, headquartered in Pforzheim, commenced operations on January 1, 2020 and, as a subsidiary of NTT DATA Business Solutions (itelligence AG), will assume responsibility for the further development, maintenance, marketing and consulting of the it.digital product family. The it.digital product family will take up its position on the market as the itmcrm suite.

The itmX product range is aimed at companies already using SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and represents the perfect platform for smooth marketing, sales, service and commerce processes. Topics that are becoming increasingly important in the corporate context in terms of the growing demands for a seamless customer experience.

The target customers of itmX are medium-sized companies from the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, project manufacturing, trade, high-tech and electrical engineering who are looking for a CRM suite that is fully integrated in SAP.

“We understand the itmX portfolio as an eXperience platform for all marketing, commerce, sales, service and analytics processes. By connecting all processes and functions to existing data models of the ERP system, we avoid interfaces and create continuous business scenarios in addition to a smooth integration of the itmX crm suite,” explains itmX Managing Director Stefan Eller.

The brand itmX combines the terms innovation, trust, mindfulness and experience. Stefan Eller, Holger Kunzmann and Michael Stump are entrusted with the management. At present, itmX GmbH employs around 50 people at its headquarters in Pforzheim, all of whom can look back on many years of expertise in CRM, service and e-commerce in the B2B environment. From its close partnership with itelligence and the parent company NTT DATA, itmX can also draw on global networks for sales, consulting, development and support.

On May 14, 2020, itmX will present itself at the CongressCentrum in Pforzheim with the new in-house exhibition itmdays. Interested parties and existing customers will have the opportunity there to gain inspiration about market trends and new technologies in expert lectures and practical workshops and to exchange experiences from projects already implemented with reference customers.

The CRM specialists will show how artificial intelligence is being incorporated into solutions for marketing, sales, and service, and will demonstrate self-service scenarios in modern commerce and portal applications as well as applications for marketing automation.
