itmX cooperates with Evalanche manufacturer SC-Networks
Pforzheim, February 2020 – Newly founded in January 2020, itmX GmbH, a subsidiary of NTT DATA Business Solutions, has gained a strategically important partner in SC-Networks GmbH, manufacturer of the marketing automation platform Evalanche. The automation of the lead process using Evalanche is an important addition to the itmX crm suite, the eXperience platform for all business processes – from marketing to sales and commerce to analytics.

“The cooperation with SC-Networks enables us to make the topic of marketing automation interesting for medium-sized businesses as well”, Michael Stump, managing director of itmX GmbH, explains the partnership. Both companies have their headquarters in Germany and attach great importance to compliance with the local data protection laws. Via a standardized interface between the itmX crm suite and Evalanche, itmX customers have the possibility to use customer data from the CRM system for targeted marketing campaigns. On the other hand, data generated in Evalanche, for example form entries, clicked contents or completed downloads, can be transferred directly into the CRM. With Evalanche, marketing generates high-quality leads that it can then automatically transfer to sales. “Compared to other providers Evalanche convinced with the best user experience”, Michael Stump continues. “After only a few hours of onboarding, companies can start using the software.”
